Applications

Files application illustration

Files

Browse documents and attachments available to your account. Keep related records organized so supporting files are easier to locate alongside your ongoing work. Access depends on the permissions assigned to you.

Example: When reviewing a topic, gather the related documents and use descriptive names so you can recognize them when you return.

Questions application illustration

Questions

Keep ongoing questions and discussion history together. Return to a topic, review its context, and record follow-up information as your work progresses. A focused question makes it easier to identify the next step.

Example: Use a clear topic such as a project or appointment, then keep the question and relevant follow-up information together.
